Well Crap! Max died! I tried so hard to keep him alive. I know he was sick when we bought him, because he didn't eat for a week. I did well for about two weeks, and then it just went downhill fast for the lil guy. Ari asks for him every day. I told her that he went to go see his friends (in heaven). I actually cried hard when Brad flushed him down the toilet. I know, it surprised me too; okay not really. I cry at everything. R.I.P lil guy. Sorry, I tried!

aww... how sweet... rest in peace max!
I love that you cried...I wish I could have been there to see that :) I also love that his middle name was Walter, just like my dog! I went to Meijers yesterday and I thought of you. Sad. I didn't cry though. If someone ever flushes you down a toilet though I probably will.
to bad I can't go flush the dog...Da** dog!!!
Ari is soooo cute. That is sad, it is pretty hard to have any sort of a pet and a child, especially if you get rid of them, or they die. We had a dog his name was Max too, we had to get rid of him and Kylee to this day still asks about him and misses him....(we got rid of him a year ago) Good to see pics of you guys.
I love your fish's name. Walter is one of our favorite boy names (no, I'm not kidding).
Ari can come visit my fish at work - his name is Gloria.
That's so sad. I really mean it, too. We've had gerbils that have died and people give me the strangest looks when I get all sad about it. These little creatures become a part of your family, in a way. I think it's good that you cried - it shows that there are still some sensitive souls left out there!
Mel, am I going crazy or did you delete my comment?! I don't remember what I wrote. Something about how I wanted you to watch Gavin's fish. I guess I'll have to tell him we'll find someone else. I won't tell Ari you really didn't like Max Walter.
awww he died. that's so sad!!!
